Das erste Jahr war für den Prog Metal-Act BLOSSOM CULT so turbulent wie es der Start einer neuen Band nur sein könnte.
BLOSSOM CULT wagten sich genau dann in die Öffentlichkeit, als im März 2020 jene unvorhersehbare Krise die Welt erschütterte. Gegen alle Widerstände machten sie sich auf, um einen sicheren Hafen für Freigeister zu gründen, die sich in unserer gespalteten Gesellschaft verloren fühlen.
Die Band veröffentlichte ihre hoch gelobte Debüt-EP “Closure” im September 2020, begleitet von drei erfolgreichen Video-Veröffentlichungen.
Bereits ein Jahr später folgte ihr aktuelles Werk, das konzeptuelle Mini-Album “Prequel”, außerdem zwei weitere Video-Clips und erste Live-Shows.

Die Musik der Gruppe um János R. Krusenbaum (Gesang, Gitarre) und Max Krüger (Gitarre, Backing-Gesang) zeichnet sich durch raue Emotion, komplexe, aber doch kompakte und eingängige Songstrukturen aus, welche die Bühne für tiefgehende Texte bereiten.
All das findet schließlich live in einer mitreißenden Rockshow mit eindringlichen Performances ihren Ausdruck.
In einer verwirrten, verängstigten und entzweihten Welt betonen BLOSSOM CULT die Relevanz freier, expressiver Kunst, welche die Dinge in Perspektive rückt und den Menschen eine Chance gibt, den Zeitgeist auf einer tieferen, emotionalen Ebene zu verarbeiten.
